Frequently asked questions
How does the Darood chain work?
Every time someone taps Send Darood Now, exactly one Darood is counted on a shared worldwide total. The number you see is live: it updates for everyone within a second, and it started from zero. Sharing your link lets others join and keep the chain growing.
What does “1 click” mean?
One tap = one Darood (Salawat) — never more, never less. Rapid repeated taps are spaced out on the server so the total always stays honest. Nothing is pre-filled, boosted, or randomly generated.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email, and no cost. Your daily streak and language choice are stored only in your own browser.
How do I add it to my home screen?
On Android, open the browser menu and choose Install app / Add to Home screen. On iPhone, tap the Share icon in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen. Once installed it opens full screen, so sending Darood is one tap away.
How does privacy and analytics opt-out work?
We keep only anonymous, aggregated counts of taps and shares — no names, no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no selling of data. You can switch analytics off at any time from the Privacy & Cookie Notice; Darood counting keeps working normally after you opt out.
About This Initiative
A digital initiative to spread remembrance and goodness through small, consistent actions. One tap, repeated by many hearts, becomes an endless chain of blessing.
The green of this page is drawn from the Green Dome (Sabzi Gumbad) of Madinah — a quiet reminder of the love this chain is built on.
